The Wincon Winner’s Circle: A recognition program to honour exceptional employees and teams

Wincon’s Winners Circle is a special place where we celebrate the best of the best within our company: those who went above and beyond, whether as individuals or as part of a team, to deliver extraordinary security services for our clients, for example:

Someone who performs a heroic action during an emergency or urgent situation
An employee who can always be counted on to perform his or her duties with extra vigilance and care, or
A hard-working employee who deserves recognition for their exceptional contributions.

Our Winners are Wincon employees who achieved great works or deeds on behalf of our clients. They are extraordinary individuals who through their actions serve as shining examples of success to inspire us all.

Who is eligible?

Our Wincon Winners Circle honourees come from all levels and job descriptions within Wincon. They can be any employee or team who:

Consistently delivers great service to customers
Steps up when needed, going above and beyond
Performs a heroic act to serve our customers.
