I began Wincon Security with one mission in mind: to create an exceptional security business for both clients and employees and to deliver an unrelenting passion to serve and protect the community.

In 1992 as a one-man operation, Wincon launched as the result of an opportunity provided by a large retail and residential developer. The client simply required better security services and Wincon was able to deliver. Today, we are honored to still be servicing that very first client, along with a long list of other commercial and retail companies.

SENECA COLLEGE PARTNERSHIP

We’ve been a long-time supporter of Seneca College. Since graduating from Seneca, our President and CEO Winston Stewart has volunteered his time and been recognized as a Senecan of Distinction, as well as a Premier’s Award Nominee. In recent years, he established the $25,000 Winston Stewart College Opportunities Bursary for students in the Seneca College Opportunities Program.

His five-year commitment to the program will assist many students looking to continue their post-secondary education and obtain the skills they need for a successful career. Preference is given to candidates who demonstrate a strong academic standing, a commitment to overcoming various obstacles in pursuit of their career and educational goals, all while exhibiting a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Eligible students will have demonstrated financial need and completed at least one semester of study.
