I initially began Wincon Security with one mission in mind: to create an exceptional security business for both clients and employees and to deliver an unrelenting passion to serve and protect the community.

In 1992 as a one-man operation, Wincon launched as the result of an opportunity provided by a large retail and residential developer. The client simply required better security services and Wincon was able to deliver. Today, we are honored to still be servicing that very first client, along with a long list of other commercial and retail companies.

We strive to deliver exceptional customer service, and provide a tremendous environment for our people to learn and grow. Each of our guards is carefully screened and professionally trained to respond effectively to the needs of our residential and business communities. Through the years, we have learned that by taking the time to invest in our employees, we continue to create a stronger and more knowledgeable workforce.
